How long does a cartridge last?
30, 60 or 90 days depending on the setting you choose — at the same fragrance strength from the first day to the last.
Does it really eliminate smoke odor?
Every cartridge contains Neutra-lox, the malodor neutralizer that breaks down the odor molecules themselves instead of covering them — effective against tobacco, kitchen odors, pets and mold according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Is it safe for the home?
The cartridges contain 100% pure fragrance oil with no added VOCs, solvents or propellants; they are non-pressurized, safe to store, and compliant with international IFRA fragrance standards.
What's the coverage area?
Up to 170 cubic meters — a large living room, a bedroom, or an entire office with a single device.
What's the return policy?
Returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is sealed in its original packaging and unused. For any technical fault or manufacturing defect we replace the device immediately or issue a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as fragrance is a consumable product.
How do I reserve, and why is there no online payment?
